Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, women’s swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other products in our collection (Bodysuits, Dresses, Jeans, etc.) are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include your RMA number visible on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, certain clearance or promotional items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
