Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Swimsuit Closet. If you’re not completely satisfied, our easy return policy has you covered.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, women’s swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other products in our collection (Bodysuits, Dresses, Jeans, etc.) are eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with RMA number visible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center:

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

Final Sale Items

Occasionally, certain clearance or promotional items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
